Denise

Vet Nurse Denise is the most recent addition to our team.

Originally from Canada, Denise grew up in a family with a great love of German shepherds and recalls sharing her childhood with these gentle giants.  As a teenager, her great wish was to become a vet nurse, however circumstance led her into the corporate world of marketing and PR, and eventually a shift to Australia. In her 30’s, Denise ditched the suits and donned scrubs with a career change into the profession that had caught her attention decades before, and pursued a vet nursing role in Victoria.

Denise’s great passion within her role, is in the field of pain management.  She has been a member of the International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management, an organisation whose core goal is to advocate for best practice in prevention, detection and management of animals in pain.
